Our Team
Dave and Beth decided to jump off the cliff and open Acceleration Physical Therapy in March of 2007.  With over 35 years of combined physical therapy experience and 7,000 new evaluations, Dave and Beth have seen almost every kind of orthopedic injury.  We understand that the most important part of physical therapy is listening to our patient’s story to understand where they come from and where they would like to go.  In this healthcare environment, where face time with your practitioner is getting harder to come by, it is nice to know that all of your questions will be addressed.

His twin girls always keep him busy.  Check out Dave's blog.

Eliza Hughes, PTA

Eliza grew up in Oregon where she developed a love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. It wasn’t until being broke, under-insured and living the dream in Jackson Hole she discovered through injuries of her own about the PTA position. Eliza graduated from Mount Hood Community College in 2009 and has worked primarily in the outpatient setting. Although sad not to be an Oregonian anymore, Eliza is excited to have joined the Acceleration family and starting a new chapter in Spokane with her husband Matthew and their 3 kids: Chester, the corgi and Ben & Jerry, the kitties. Since moving here Eliza has become involved in the Bicycle Advisory Board and next winter hopes to volunteer with Special Olympics teaching children how to downhill ski.
